The program schedule now includes the talks for each session!

Key dates

Please keep the following dates handy:

• Last day to order the conference T-Shirt by 4 September
• Presenters must register by 4 September to remain in the program
• Book Wednesday half-day excursions and Dokka Delta excursion by 1 September

Also:

• Book Kistefos Museum and Taste of Hadeland excursions by 15 September
• Conference side events 17 to 20 September and 26 to 27 September
• Evening Sunday, 20 September - Conference Welcome Reception.
• Monday, 21 September - Conference starts.
• Afternoon Friday, 25 September - Conference finishes.

Conference program

The program schedule now includes the talks for each session. If you are a presenter, search up your name to see in which session(s) you will be presenting.

We are working to release the program on the conference platform, which will show full details, including the exact time for each talk within a session, all co-authors, and the abstract. The view below is designed to give you the order of talks and a guide to how long to make your talk.

If you have not yet registered for the conference, your talk will still appear on the schedule at the moment, but it will be removed if you still have not registered and paid by 4 September.

Calling out for Contributed Oral Sessions moderators

The TDWG 2026 Organizing Committee is seeking in-person volunteers to moderate the Contributed Oral sessions, and two additional sessions, for the conference.

We are looking to fill the roles of moderator and co-moderator for each Contributed Oral session and are happy for you to volunteer for more than one session. As a moderator, you will contribute to the successful running of that session and to the conference as a whole.

Your name will be listed in the conference program, you will gain more exposure in an international conference, and you will improve your networking opportunities.

The moderator responsibilities include: introducing the session, making announcements, introducing each speaker, managing Q\&A and bringing the session to a close.

The co-moderator responsibilities include: timekeeping to make sure presentations run on time, monitoring online chat and room for questions, and helping the moderator as directed.
